A good night sleep will help you stay healthy, safe and feel good by helping you pay attention and remember what you learned all day, have more energy for sports and playing, and help your body fight germs and illness.



  • Have a set bedtime

  • Have a set bedtime routine

  • Get exercise during the day

  • Keep your bedroom cool, dark and quiet

Do not:

  • Stay up late

  • No electronics one hour prior to bedtime

  • Eat or drink caffeine (soda, chocolate)
